The recipe is so easy it’s almost not a recipe. But we don’t want to deprive you of the taste of this simple dip! It is aromatic thanks to the parsley and creamy because to the plant-based cream cheese.

You need a good blender that can blend the parsley nice and fine. Then you get a perfect consistency.

The few ingredients can all go into the blender together. So the washed but no longer dripping wet parsley goes into the blender, together with olive oil, salt, vegan (neutral) cream cheese, as well as garlic and depending on taste, chili flakes. Then the blender does the work for you. Depending on the desired consistency, you can make the dip a little thinner by adding a little more oil. You can taste it at the end with a little lemon juice and salt.

Vegan parsley dip

  • 1 blender


  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 80 g vegan cream cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (to taste)


  • Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  • Remove the coarse stalks and put the parsley in a good blender.
  • Add the olive oil along with the salt, vegan cream cheese, peeled garlic clove and chilli flakes and mix.
  • Season with salt and lemon juice and serve with potatoes or as a dip with other vegetables or bread. Super fast and super tasty even when grilling!
