Vegan parsley dip

bunch parsley

olive oil

vegan cream cheese

of garlic

chili flakes

lemon juice
(to taste)
Instructions
Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
Remove the coarse stalks and put the parsley in a good blender.
Add the olive oil along with the salt, vegan cream cheese, peeled garlic clove and chilli flakes and mix.
Season with salt and lemon juice and serve with potatoes or as a dip with other vegetables or bread. Super fast and super tasty even when grilling!
