Vegan parsley dip

Equipment

  • 1 blender

Ingredients

  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 80 g vegan cream cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice (to taste)

Instructions

  • Wash the parsley and shake it dry.
  • Remove the coarse stalks and put the parsley in a good blender.
  • Add the olive oil along with the salt, vegan cream cheese, peeled garlic clove and chilli flakes and mix.
  • Season with salt and lemon juice and serve with potatoes or as a dip with other vegetables or bread. Super fast and super tasty even when grilling!
