It was just so delicious that we ordered it again every time we went to the restaurant. But as often as we felt like the Chinese cucumber salad, we couldn’t go out to eat. So it had to be found: the recipe!

Chinese cucumber salad
- 1 cucumber
- ½ tsp salt
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2 dried chilies
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp of sesame seeds
- Cut the cucumber into large pieces and add the salt.
- Finely chop the garlic and chop the dried chillies.
- Gradually add the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, garlic and chillies to the cucumber and stir in well.
- It is best to let the cucumber salad soak in the refrigerator for about an hour. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
