Quick water melon salad
Servings: 4 Personen
Ingredients
- 500 g water melon
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 bunch of basil
- 1-2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- salt, pepper
Instructions
- Cut melon in bite-sized cubes.
- Wash the tomatoes and cut in half.
- Wash and chop the basil.
- Put into a big bowl olive oil lemon jucie, salt, pepper and basil.
- Then add melon cubes and tomatoes to the bowl and mix cerefully.
Notes
You can also add tofu like “feta” or olives, for example.
