2tspmaple syrup(or other liquid sweetness of your choice)
1handful of strawberries(or other fruit as a topping)
Instructions
Put the chia seeds with the plant drink and maple syrup in a sealable container and mix.
Let the mixture steep in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours or better overnight.
Just before serving, clean and puree the strawberries. Pour this over the pudding as a topping before serving.
Notes
If you are preparing the pudding for on the go, you can add frozen fruits to the pudding immediately after mixing and let them thaw in the refrigerator.Before swelling in the refrigerator, it is best to briefly taste how sweet you want it to be.All other sweeteners can also be used.
