Aioli
This is one of our favorite recipes. It is so easy to make, consists of only a few ingredients and goes with almost everything! Combined with some tapas or antipasti it is a perfect, simple meal.

- 100 ml chilled soy cream
- 100 ml canola oil
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic
Put the soy cream, mustard, salt and the garlic in a narrow container. The container should only be a little wider than the hand blender
Puree the ingredients with the blender for a couple seconds on the highest setting
Gradually add the oil and continue to puree until it has mixed well with the other ingredients.
Finally add the lemon juice.
The more oil you use, the firmer the aioli will be.
If you use less oil and add some herbs for example, you can also use it to create your new favorite salad dressing.
