Preheat the oven to 180°C circulating air.
Wash the peppers, courgettes and tomatoes, cut into large pieces and place in a casserole dish or on a baking sheet.
Peel the onion and garlic and cut into large pieces or rings.
Add both to the casserole dish.
Scatter over the olive oil, thyme and salt and mix well.
Put everything in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes. The vegetables should be soft, but not too dark or dry.
Meanwhile, cook the noodles according to package directions.
Prepare a blender and add the oven vegetables after the cooking time. Add the white beans and mix well to form a creamy sauce. Season to taste and pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and enjoy!
