White bean paste

Instructions
White bean paste
Peel and finely chop garlic. Fry briefly in a tablespoon of olive oil without turning brown.
Remove from heat and add beans, salt, lemon juice and remaining olive oil.
Puree everything.
Avocado cream
Puree all ingredients.
Fruit & vegetables
Halve the artichoke hearts, passion fruit & figs.
Cut the avocado into wedges.
Arrange platter
Arrange everything on a large platter and serve with ciabatta or italian corn bread.
